You know, I've been on this path ... not a good path, not a path where I know where I'm going, but a path where I'm lost and wandering and am trudging ahead day by day barely surviving.

I have felt so empty at times, so afraid, so frustrated and alone.

Family Time!!

What a wonderful day ...

My brother showed up unexpectedly and we got to spend the whole day together.

I made an executive decision and 'made' the family take a morning walk ... and guess where we went? On the lake! What a lot of fun!

even Brennden had a good time ... although he probably wouldn't admit it out loud ...

We all had a "slide" in the middle of the

lake. It seemed strange to be doing it during spring/March break but the winter has been long and cold so I guess the lake is a little late in thawing.

After the walk we came home for chicken noodle soup, listened to music and hung out ....

finished the day with burgers on the bbq and ate out on the deck.

What a wonderful day!
